Go for lunch (extra cost) at the Outback Restaurant, one of the best venues to enjoy quality food. 

After lunch visit the frontier town of Hoedspruit and spend the afternoon exploring local stores, restaurants and curio shops - maybe even visit an open market over the weekend!  Use the opportunity to buy authentic African gifts or curios and meet the friendly locals!  Take time to sample SA food from the vendors and stock up on personal items from the local grocery store.
