This course allows you to become comfortable with the techniques of freediving and teaches you how to perform the various freediving disciplines in a safe and productive manner.

Your PADI Freediver Online Manual gives you access to theory components of all four PADI courses - Basic Freediver, Freediver, Advanced Freediver and Master Freediver.   

Techniques are learned in the pool before moving on to complete two ocean dive sessions in order to achieve your PADI Freediver certification.

Pre-requisites:

• 15 Years old
• Comfortable swimmer (200m swim in pool)
